1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the site or submitting a request, you accept these terms. Applicants must be at least 18, have legal capacity and provide complete, accurate and current information. A request does not guarantee approval.
2. Nature of the service
Gold Card is a membership, coordination and support platform. It is not a bank. Card issuance, processing, wallets and financial services may be supplied by independent providers under their own terms, controls and territorial restrictions.
3. Verification and availability
Identity, address, source-of-funds and risk checks may be required. Products, functions, limits, compatible wallets and delivery depend on eligibility, provider, country, device, stock and law.
4. Prices and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted and payable in USDT. The physical VISA is listed at 125 USDT including delivery and the virtual Mastercard at 20 USDT. Metal cards are quoted individually. Network, replacement, transaction or third-party charges may apply when disclosed.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Use the services lawfully and only as authorised.
- Protect devices, credentials, PINs and security codes.
- Report loss, theft, suspected fraud or incorrect information immediately.
- Do not evade sanctions, impersonate another person or conceal beneficial ownership.
6. Delivery, activation and third parties
Dates are estimates, not guarantees. DHL Express and other third parties may apply coverage, customs and local restrictions. Gold Card is not responsible for independent provider, merchant, network, wallet, carrier or authority decisions beyond the extent required by law.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site design, copy, photographs and marks belong to their respective owners. They may not be copied, scraped, resold or used to misrepresent affiliation. Automated abuse, interference and unauthorised access are prohibited.
8. Suspension, changes and liability
Access or assistance may be suspended for security, compliance, provider or legal reasons. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing rules and contact
The applicable law and forum will be determined by the contracting entity, the provider and mandatory rules in the customer’s jurisdiction.
