Create your Gold Card account

Start your application online and prepare your profile for verification.

  1. Open the registration portal and choose Register.
  2. Enter your personal details using information that matches your documents.
  3. Confirm your email and continue with identity verification.

Activate your card

Link the card you received to your account before using it.

  1. Sign in and open the Cards section.
  2. Select Activate card and enter the requested card details.
  3. Create your PIN and confirm that the card appears as active.

Add funds to your account

Choose the available top-up method shown in your account and review the details before confirming.

  1. Open your balance and choose Add funds.
  2. Select an available funding method and enter the amount.
  3. Review fees and details before confirming the operation.

Get the Gold Card app

Access your account from your phone and keep your card controls close.

  1. Sign in to your account from your mobile browser.
  2. Follow the Get the app option shown in your dashboard.
  3. Use your registered credentials to access your account.

Pause your card instantly

Temporarily pause transactions from your account if you cannot find your card or notice unusual activity.

  1. Open Cards and select the card you want to control.
  2. Choose Pause card and confirm the action.
  3. Contact 24/7 support immediately if the card was lost or stolen.
